Hopefully it really happen, but the adoption and the growth of Bitcoin is very positive, more and more countries are getting ready to try adopting Bitcoin ,now it's depends on the people how to used crypto in a good way, 5 years maybe too short to mass adoption, but in 10 years maybe it could happen
It's no surprise to see the falling, many people already predicted that the rising will only go for a while, it's not the time for the investors to go in yet, but who knows the rising last time will increase the sentiment form the investors and we will have another trigger to rise again

I think you misunderstood something, people like to use Bitcoin because it's easy to used and it's decentralized, people like to invest in Bitcoin because it can give them big profit, look at the chart you will see how many times the Bitcoin had already multiply since it was created,there is no religion connected, Bitcoin gives hope for better life
I will say bull trap, a sudden high transaction volume indicates that the whales try to create a temporary rising and manipulate the price,na good rising is a rising with a reason like more adoption or big investors ready to invest, without a reason the rising will only be temporary

I personally think hardfork is only going to destroy the coin, it's great to see developers want to try to make the coin become better, but not a lot of people care about the changes they just want to make more profits, a lot of forking coin also can't rise well, so I don't too excited about the forking
