The specified transaction was deposited to your account on 10.05.2017, which was duly confirmed by the Customer support service operator through ticket. After that, these funds were used by you for trading. We do not understand what is the reason of your claims. Actually, you are deceiving the community by spreading misleading information.
Hi i am trying to withdraw BCH using the API.
I am able to buy and sell with the API successfully, so i know my code works.
However withdrawals dont work.
I get this message:

It doesnt explain what's wrong. There is no error code either.

Probably, you haven't taken into account the fees - the withdrawal amount plus the fees together exceed your account balance.
You can check the commission by requesting GET /info/coinInfo https://www.livecoin.net/api/public#infocoinInfo
Unfortunately that's not correct.
I tested the withdraw with 0.02140968 BCH, which is more then enough to cover the fees and min withdrawal limits.
I did however add a google Google 2-FA recently, does that disable API withdrawal? I need a solution to this please.
