Re: [ANN] Cryptogenic Bullion (CGB) • Site translated in 9 languages now!
by

on 05/12/2013, 23:12:35 UTC
A few of the languages were from the old version of the site and we filled in the voids temporarily until we can get professional translations...but Chinese, French, Spanish, and Italian should be legit.  German is okay but iffy in some parts.  Dutch is iffy in many parts.  And apparently Swedish and Turkish are awful.  I'll get professional translations to fix what needs fixing but I'll leave the site as is for now.

I'm working on something with the Abe explorer node so please use http://coinplorer.com/CGB for block explorer queries in the meantime.

you can add italian aswell to the list of the awful translation, if you need any help just pm me

here is my 7850 cgminer.conf, with this I am sitting at around 340-350MH/s at 65C-70C, first of all be sure to have the latest ati drivers and use the latest cgminer aswell, there is no need to use a old outdated version like the 2.11 you are using in your last screenshoot

Re: [XPM] Working on a GPU miner for Primecoin, new thread :)
by

I've made the primality tester 4-5x faster, but I haven't managed to fix the "fractional assert" problem. Should I just release the faster version (many people won't be able to use it) or try to fix the bug first (will take time)?
If this is of any help, looking at the console as all the data flies by, my setup (i7 chip, win8, 64bit) reels out all the data, starting with 0 fermats/sec and 786 gandalfs/s, then as time passes, the gandalfs/s progressively drops and if the app doesnt crash earlier each time the console reports the gandalfs/s it shows a smaller and smaller number, reducing to 60 gandalfs/s then it usually gives up and passes onto windows error reporting. It always only shows 0 fermats/s - ? what is this meant to be?

I had this same issue with the gandalfs dropping and I managed to keep it at a regular average number by playing around with the "worksize" parameter in the primecoin.conf , got the best result with 64

what did you do to get it working? What os, card, drivers open cl sdk are you using?

working on x64 for me aswell, the only problem is that it finds blocks with a lower difficulty then the actual one, and I dont receive anything on my wallet,

Re: HELP: How to compile Litecoin client, 0.3BTC donation
by
y0m0
on 12/08/2013, 08:59:42 UTC
have you tried this?

Download EasyWinBuilder together with Bitcoin v0.8.3:
https://github.com/phelixbtc/bitcoin/archive/0.8.3-EasyWinBuilder-v0.2.zip
(all code is equal to v0.8.3, only the easywinbuilder folder is new - compare to Bitcoin v0.8.3, not to master)

Simply double click __all_easywinbuilder.bat in the easywinbuilder folder and follow instructions.

Readme:
https://github.com/phelixbtc/bitcoin/blob/0.8.3-EasyWinBuilder-v0.2/easywinbuilder/README.md

There is an almost identical Namecoin version here: https://github.com/phelixnmc/namecoin-qt

It should also work with altcoins with a similar structure to Bitcoin, simply copy&paste the easywinbuilder folder and edit the coinname variable in set_vars.bat.

Based on the build manual by nitrogenetics (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=149479.0) and older manuals from others.

Have a Pennies pool i'm testing at http://thec0de.com/pool

If you have issues with account (no email) - hit me up (contact info on site) and I'll unlock your account.

Payouts are non decimal points for CENT so manual payouts are disabled. Please set auto payout for 1 cent.

Any issues - please let me know Smiley

This is a scypt-jane coin so I recommend you use https://github.com/ali1234/cpuminer to mine Smiley

Trying to join your pool gr33k with no luck, when I try to register it says, email already in use which is weird. solved.
I would also love to understand how are we supposed to share the cents, whoever get it first keep it? or is there a
"temporary" bank in wich you store them and when a certain amount is collected you devide them based on the % of share
achieved by each worker?

Re: valore di queste cifre con 4 numeri dopo la virgola
by
y0m0
on 01/08/2013, 12:47:57 UTC

potreste gentilmente dirmi a quanti € equivalgono?

Ciao
