Only that when I started a SEPA wire transfer 20 days ago they still stated a transfer time of 3-5 working days. For me it will be 3 weeks tomorrow and the money has not arrived on my bank account.
The support guy does just offers to cancel the transfer.

I do not know what is going on, but maybe it might be worth considering to transfer the BTC to your wallet and try to sell them otherwise.
If you know how that is done. Being a newbie myself I still do not know what to do and how to securely cash my BTC. What I do know is that I am loosing my trust in that company and I would be willing to pay some premium just to see my money arrive safely.

you will get your money, but it takes time.

Thanks a lot for this. It helps to understand the picture - only it does not make be feel so very comfortable.

Hi Guys,

I am waiting for my (SEPA) withdrawl from MtGox since April 10 - for 20 days today.

Do other people have the same experience? Did they run away with the money?
