My personal recommendation is to vote for the three exchanges over one, also the fact they fit our decentralization foundations and core features that way, as a mining community naturally we want the big exchange last, and the way things are going im hoping both will be listed this year
Donated. I would have minded if I have got mining rigs.

Hard fork -> reduce supply by 100 -> best coin ever.

well basically we want to keep the release on more products over just 1 to decentralize the project which is what its all about right?
next thing is the fact that one of these exchanges from my understanding are decentralized which fits into our foundations and WE NEED THIS TO HAPPEN, alot of people have been asking how this can be done and some people proposed this as one of the options
the other thing is that basically cryptopia is hooked up to whattomine.com so... when we get listed on there the difficulty will go and for traders thats good in various ways i guess but for people just getting into the coin thats not the best thing when you're trying to hold for the future and stuff
for example: from 30k to 300k in 1 day after the mining traffic notices us as the top thing and most profitable with the least rewards to mine which naturally result in less coins for people who are getting into it, so basically we want a "slow and steady wins the race" approach, similar to how Bitcoin began itself is my guess
so basically we want cryptopia listed last imo and anyway, the way things are rolling with this awesome community im hoping we will see both of these exchanges listed for this coin this year and then we can really start moving forward with alot of our ideas on the backburner

I was arguing the other day with some members at TradeSatoshi exchange that although this coin is so remarkable and have a great future the fact got listed on C-Cex killed it! and the only way to make this coin grow in value is to list it in Cryptopia and people will really buy it without limit due to a lot of factors!
Apparently i ignored some facts wich you mentioned in your comment wich i totally agree with you! and listing it on Cryptopia will be a game changer for us the miners (a big hit) and now that explains why we cant see BTCZ on whattomine.com (wich i really love), im glad you shed a light about the questions i had about why it's not getting listed on a good exchange yet.

Maybe the community should consider adding PoS or Masternode, it's not necessarily a bad thing. My 2 cents.
Are you seriously? Add masternode or PoS and become another one shitcoin from the list of 1500+ shitcoins? No, sorry.
I know only two good coins on the market. It's Bitcoin(BCH, original bitcoin) and BitcoinZ (original bitcoin with privacy and at the state of 2009 year like Bitcoin)

if we will have masternode that there are no reasons to have blockchain at all. Only MySQL database will be enough. Original idea was cool but not necessarily perfect. Altcoins like Dash was forked from bitcoin as well but have since developed new ideas that has been working well.
BitcoinZ's fundamental is fantastic in this chaotic cryptocurrency boom era. Like I said, it might be a good idea to CONSIDER other consensus mechanism, as an addition maybe. It could be now or at some stage.
It is always the changes that attract new eyeballs, an alpha release doubles the volume, a soft fork brings 100% surge, a hard fork triggers 200% spike, a rebranding can even dig a dead coin out of its grave.....
Again, we are supposed to be an open community, aren't we? So this is my voice. Like it or not, please remain open
