It looks like a deadlock situation now...

Although it's an academically interesting situation, it's too bad that the blockchain stops and the swap with CCB cannot be done. Sad

Does anybody got a link to the wallet?

No link as nothing is updated.

Here are the wallet software that I can find. I guess the qt-1.2 is newer.

Now you can swap your coins for CCB

Nice to hear that. But it looks like the blockchain stops moving because every node/wallet gets stuck at waiting for the staking coins to mature. If no new block is generated, no staking coins will mature, and therefore, no one can send you the TSC coin for swapping... (seems a very bad situation now...)

If any one holding TSC would like to swap for CCB, before connecting the network, can you please split your coins to as many sets as possible? Then each of sets of coins will generate a new block to push the blockchain moving... I have no TSC to do so now... too late.

TheSmurfsCoin has been selected for the next swap round (S-11). I just found some active nodes, if anyone is interested in maintaining the TSC network for swarpping, please use the following nodes:

addnode=82.247.141.228
addnode=106.187.41.34
addnode=45.56.85.24
addnode=109.74.199.195
addnode=2a01:7e00::f03c:91ff:fe84:48b3
addnode=2400:8900::f03c:91ff:fe70:1dee
addnode=2600:3c01::f03c:91ff:fe84:48ec

If you would like to provide nodes, please post them here. Thank you.

Anyone interested in keeping the TSC network working? Please add the following nodes into thesmurfscoin.conf

addnode=95.220.175.91
addnode=106.187.41.34
addnode=2400:8900::f03c:91ff:fe70:1dee

I am suggesting that we keep the TSC network alive (for a while) and vote TSC to swap with CCB
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=667866.0

CCB is quite active now. If you are interested, please

1. Help to keep the TSC network alive
2. Vote for swap with CCB
3. [optional but good to have] Provide nodes

Hey Dudes, how do I know that I'm on correct blockchain?  Wallet is synchronizing but I'm mining thousands of these shitcoins so I assume I'm on some wrong blockchain. Smiley

mining? CCX is totally PoS now... nothing to mine.

It is a very interesting project. I myself had the same idea, or at least a very similar one, when the ShareCoin scam happened and YellowCoin was failing. I am glad that @CryptoClubber really put it together and made it happen.

Moreover, I see ShareCoin is on the list. I believe the network for ShareCoin does not exist any more. If SHARE gets selected, the transaction for swapping might be quite difficult to handle.

You can now swap your coins against CCB

May I ask the list of peer nodes that your wallet/daemon is currently connecting to? And also the IP of your wallet/daemon? I hope your wallet/daemon accepts incoming connections.

I believe you know that CCX doesn't have a properly synchronized blockchain for the time being. If anyone would like to do the swap, he/she needs to sync the blockchain with you first and connects to your node with the peers that your node connects to. By doing this, your node can "see" the transaction. Otherwise, I don't think there will be any successful transactions...

I am interested in the swap and would like to make my wallet on the same blockchain.

What's your current blockcount ?

Stuck at 284784 for several weeks...

How about staking ?

I turned it off (not unlock it) after finding the blockchain stopped moving...

Maybe you can try to swap 1 CCX ?

Sent 1 CCX and filled the swap form. Does the transaction show on your side?

Yes, but no confirmations

With a non-moving blockchain, I guess it would be stuck at this state indefinitely...

I believe one of the most critical issues for the time being is why the blockchain stopped.
I think, the 2 wallets, who are at the end of the blockchains cannot generate pos blocks (pos diff is large). The other wallets are in "downloading" state, so they dont do anything.

If all wallets use one chain, they can made blocks.

So every wallet sould "redownload" the blockchain from bootstrap.dat.

Agreed. Then asking all wallets to re-download the blockchain from bootstrap.dat seems mission impossible...

There are 2 forks in blockchain. The block explorer are on the first, and this "284784" walles (and one wallet at 308389) are on the second chain.

This chain is the longer, but personally i vote the first fork as the "good" chain, because the official explorer are on that.

I'm working on a little mod, to made a bootstrap.dat file.

Elbandi

I believe one of the most critical issues for the time being is why the blockchain stopped. It may be caused by some bug(s) in the code or by the insufficient amount of living, active nodes. Bootstrap might not be helpful, because I deleted the blockchain several times, and every time my wallet stopped at the same block count.

Good idea. But I will need to install the CCB wallet and sync the CCB blockchain first.

After finishing sync, I will file the swap and let's see if the transaction gets through. Thanks.

1 CCX = 0.016 CCB
1 MUN = 2 CCB

4th Swap round (S-4) have just started...Swap form

I am interested in swapping CCX / CCB and would like to make my wallet on the same blockchain.

CCX doesn't have a properly synchronized blockchain for the time being. So, may I ask the list of peer nodes that your CCX wallet/daemon is currently connecting to? And also the IP of your CCX wallet/daemon? I hope your wallet/daemon accepts incoming connections such that I can sync your blockchain to make the transaction.

Thanks!

So... blockchain stopped moving now... no matter which branch... right?
Currently yes. But if other client can download the right blockchain fork, maybe they can generate pos blocks.

Can 144.76.100.197 be connected to? (Does it accept incoming connection?)

How do you know which client is on which branch? even it stopped earlier?
I firewalled out everything except one ip from the client list, so the daemon downloaded the blocks from that ip, after it finished, i can examine the blockchain.

It must take you a lot of time to do these tests.

The blockchain is splitted into 2 branch at 268522 block height.
One branch is going to 272276 block (and stopped there), the block explore is on this.
The second branch is going 308389 (and stopped there), the 144.76.100.197 client is here. There is other client (106.187.41.34) on this branch, but he is stopped at 284784.

Other wallets are below than 268522.

So... blockchain stopped moving now... no matter which branch... right?
