how long these emails work? I need to Backup my files for over a year, can I count on this email (google drive account)  for a year?

I have 0.0024 in my wallet, now I want send 0.0015 with transaction fee 0.00030962 which make total: 0.0015+0.00030962 = 0.00180962 which is less than 0.0024 and I shouldn't have any problem, I don't know why I can't send it.

Hi, I am using Blockchian.info wallet, I have 0.00242607 BTC
when I want to send bitcoin to an address with fee 0.00045426 BTC, it only allows me to send 0.00085799 BTC. I can't send more than 0.00045426 BTC while I have more than this amount in my account.

anybody know why this happens?
