Re: is cash out really beneficial or just a trap?
by

The casino is giving you an option to select between the two faces. It is either you wait for the overall result before you cashout or you will have to take the little winning while forfeiting the rest without bothering about the overall outcome. The cashout option has made many gamblers to make little profits avoiding a total loses, while also had been a bug regret to others that choose to cashout without knowing that the overall result will fall to there prediction. This is a test option and we always have to scrutinize every game  we have bet on before taking any silly decisions that will make us lose totally.

I think those who bet with money that they can afford to lose will barely use this option because they usually think that even if they lose, it's not a problem, so they don't resort to cashing out before the game ends only to get a portion of the profits they have been anticipating to get. If I have made a bet of say, $20. I know I can afford to lose it, so if I'm getting an opportunity to cash out $30, however, the end result could get me more than $40, I wouldn't go for it because I'm already ready to take the risk.

Some people don't think this way and that is because they don't want to lose the money they have bet probably because they can't afford to do it. They do take the risk of making the bet, but they feel they should take whatever they are getting instead of taking the risk and becoming greedy.

Re: Messi destroyed Barcelona to dust

The main question is, does the club afford to pay that much to him? If yes, then I don't see a problem here. As long as they are getting one of the top players in the world back into the club, they are okay with the price they have to pay because they know it's worth it. They have seen that the club hasn't been the same since he left, so they had to get him back somehow.

We don't know what happens on the inside, but a player of his caliber surely deserves an amount like that. These clubs earn a lot of money from multiple sources, and they wouldn't make a decision like this if they felt it was too excessive and can cause them financial problems.

Re: Does the DCA strategy inspire newbies to invest?
by
yenom
on 12/12/2024, 19:04:44 UTC
I don't believe in blind investment. To start DCA now is late from where market and price has reached. If it was earlier then to continue now won't be a bad idea because of the profit already gathered. In the beginning of the year, btc was around $42,500 and it is now touched $100,000 which is about $57,500 profit on a coin and that is a good profit for those that started that time. So I believe to wait to begin a new DCA investment is better than to join now.

Except you are expecting the price of btc to get to $200,000 this season before the next bear.

I agree with this. Starting your DCA journey when the price is so high isn't a wise move and someone should now wait for Bitcoin or the market to get back to the bear market and then they should start buying so that they can get higher returns. Buying now might generate some profits but there is no guarantee since the market can crash at any point.

Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme unless you want to trade it which I won't advise you to.

Bitcoin doesn't become a get-rich-quick scheme even if someone trades it, even though trading can be pretty profitable if someone can manage it properly. To a newbie, I wouldn't recommend trading too, but if someone can spend some time and learn about it, there is no harm.

Re: A New Christmas-Themed Token - What's Behind the Hype?
by
yenom
on 28/11/2024, 21:15:04 UTC
Countless tokens and coins are released during a bull run and especially during festivals and stuff and the creators name them after those festivals and events or some influential people to gain as much hype as possible because of the names they are using. We have seen Trump themed meme coins during elections, we have seen meme coins named after Elon Musk, and there have been many such meme coins released in the past. The question is, what happens to them? The answer is simple, they die off because they don't get enough hype despite all the planning and everything with the names.
