Activity seems pretty low regarding mining with nvidia cards - despite the upgrade to the 900 series. Is that correct or is everyone mining the hell out of some coin with a private miner?
Some are. It's the only way to make profit, unless you run on free electricity.
Thanks, who offers private miners (despite w0lf)?
Any recommendations for coins to try with the 900s cards, btw? I assume some are more effective than others.
PM sent. About coins: there are some small ones which are more profitable than using nicehash or a multipool like hashpower, but people won't tell you which ones, because the diff is very low and, if other miners come in, they'll loose the edge.
Thank you a lot!

Just wondering if you have any recommendation of a great poker site accepting bitcoin? I'd prefer an established place rather than some new one with great bonuses. Still easiness of registration is a plus.
Thanks!

What advantages are there to buy S7s in the shop instead of in the market...? Of course it's a matter of price, but a major disadvantage to me is that I can not sell the shop-bought S7s? How do you guys rationalize buying in the shop?
Can someone with a mathematical gift bigger than mine make a probable estimation under which conditions the S7s would become unprofitable?
As of now, I started to buy some S5s again.
I think S7 becoming unprofitable is a long, long way to go. This should not be your primarily concern. Your primarily concern should be more S7 getting into the market and crushing the price way below the one you have purchased your S7. In essence you would be mining just to cover your losses. Since 500 units s about to hit the shelf, I m sure the price ll go down a bit.
Well, tonight I bought S7s for ~9BTC, most of them on 0.0015 where I had an order of 8.25. Very swingy trading but I'm happy - for now

Looks like the description of V4 has been changed to using the S7 for hashing. Not a great return, but at least you can now get your money back before the unit becomes unprofitable to run.
I will now be buying a few.
Thanks for sharing that observation I found it strange when v4 had worse conditions than v3.
