Re: What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019?

What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019?

For no one it is a secret that this year for the ICOs was not the best  Undecided, but what do you think will happen to them by 2019?

Will it improve significantly?

I would not want a situation where ICOs will come back to take much money again like last year. It affects trading as many people won't want to trade. Let the money flow into already established coins and not ICOs.

Following with deep interest.

Re: Would you play at a casino where payments are delayed for days? Why?
by
yinoye
on 12/12/2018, 23:52:24 UTC
Ever since I gambled at cryptocurrency casino's that offered instant withdraws, I haven't used any other online casino that imposes 'reviews' on payouts.
I'm wondering if other people still play at online casinos where they have to wait for days before their withdraw is processed.

Why would you even play at such a casino?
They usually even encourage you to cancel your withdraw, to keep you playing. Seems somewhat manipulative to me... Why would anyone support that?

I wouldn't like such delays in payment at all and look for a better option. If it is fiat withdrawal, I can understand the delay but crypto withdrawal should be able to be processed ASAP.

Re: [Video] How do Casinos make money?

I agree with the video to an extent. The big players which includes the casino owners feed on psychology of betters. Also for every match it bet placed, a commission is charged on it irrespective of the outcome.

To me, Alisson was the saviour for Liverpool today. Though Salah scored a very decisive goal, but it could have been cancelled out easily by the Naples.

Re: I think ethereum is the best crypto next to bitcoin.

No doubt about it that ethereum is the next big thing after bitcoin. It has come a lot of usefulness like its smart contract feature that makes it possible for new altcoins to be created. Though it comes with a bad side of harbouring spam and scam altcoins too.

Re: What are some stable altcoins ?
by

There are more than 1000 altcoins in the market. What do you think for the most stable altcoins?

Altcoins currencies were not created to be stable but to flunctuate in value. This is what result in the profits and losses traders incur with them Though we have some stable altcoins that are directly pegged to the dollar for hedging and capital preservation purspose.

Re: ETH or EOS?

More and more blockchain games choose EOS instead of ETH (and I believe it's the same with ICOs)

Hey crypto gamers! What do you prefer more?

example:
https://gameunculus.io/blog/94

I have not started playing blockchain games till now but it looks interesting to me and would like to get my hands on then one day. I will like to have a feeling of how gaming on both eth and eos platform feels like.

Though it would be very hard and unlikely to happen, but I won't be surprised if a superiority flipening happens between both digital currencies.

Ripple is one the very few coins that have managed to always recover at least to an extent in this major bear season. I have the opinion that xrp will be one of the survivor of the ongoing crypto onslaught!

We've seen coins goes down, and up in the market,
but since the last two days crypto stabilized,
are we going to see the coins upward or this is just a big trap for us
while rich names gathers all the good coins and left us with shitcoins in the market
what are your calls for this one i hope we share knowledges for everyone

It's surprising that every consolidation that has happened always turns out to be in favour of further bearish price movement. The reverse should be the case. I hope this happens soon.

Being an arsenal fc fan, I was a little bit disappointed yesterday because we could have come out of the match with a precious win. Lacazette used all he had in him to score that second goal only to have his efforts wasted by a sloppy defence seconds after.

I'm loving this season 2018/2019 la liga. It's more open and competitive. I don't like to see having run away leaders early in the season. It removes the suspense from the fixtures.

Re: Do you gamble or think it's a waste of money and time?
by

Seeing how the odds are pretty often against you in gambling as the gambling services are for making money out of you and not the reverse, do you still decide to gamble? If so, why?

It's true that gambling companies must make profit at the end of the month or year and these come from the losing money. But there are still always small and big winners too.

Re: Is it worth the work and waiting?
by
yinoye
on 30/11/2018, 02:18:40 UTC
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?

I would feel so bad and disgusted. Bounties can be hit and miss at times. Sometimes, you will be lucky to have one bring great returns for you while some will be a total waste of time and energy due to its worth.

Re: Does technical analysis work with crypto?
by
yinoye
on 30/11/2018, 00:58:45 UTC
I've been thinking about starting to learn how to read charts and do some technical analysis for myself. The problem is I see it ridiculed on pretty much every forum and people saying it's useless for crypto.

What are your thoughts? Worthwhile?

Technical analysis is not useless for cruptocurrency charts trading. The only setback for now is that it's not as effective as it is in other markets like forex, stocks, Commodities, options, Futures and co because they have higher and more liquidity than cryptos.

Re: Many projects are dead?
by
yinoye
on 29/11/2018, 21:24:10 UTC

Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?

The bear season has revealed the true nature and value of many projects and their devs. Most greedy devs would have done exit scam or claim to be hacked so as to run with investors funds. Long term holding of any coin is risky.
