I agree with you. Agree is currently one of the best (if not the best) exchanges for altcoin trading. It features plenty of liquidity and they've been around for a while now. Although a lot of people might feel otherwise but it doesn't change tjat fact. When Binance was hacked, they compensated users from their funds. I mean – nobody literally lost during the hack. Since then, I'm sure they've beefed up security. That aside, centralized exchange should mainly be used for trading purposes and not storing funds.  How to increase security?

1. Activate both SMS and Google Auth.
2. Don't use APIs (even though it's safe to use).

Anonymity is only possible if you use cryptocurrency in the correct way to give yourself anonymity. The way you use cryptocurrency - via a third party custodial web wallet who shares or sells your data to anyone they like - gives you less privacy than if you used fiat.

A good wallet will keep your coins secure, but there is a lot more to staying anonymous than simply picking a good wallet. While the correct wallet is necessary to stay anonymous, it is not the only factor. If you use a web wallet you will never be anonymous. If you run your own full node you could potentially be anonymous, but not without taking further steps and precautions.

No there wasn't. Bitcoin has never been anonymous.

Every wallet? What are you talking about? If your wallet requires you to complete KYC, then you are either using the worst-of-the-worst (and probably a scam), or you are not using a wallet at all. The only thing that requires KYC is an account on a centralized exchange, which is categorically not a wallet, and if you are storing your coins there long-term then you at high risk of losing them all. Any good hardware wallet, software wallet, paper wallet, mobile app, etc., does not require KYC or even an email address to use.

Further, any good hardware or software wallet will automatically generate a new address for each receiving transaction and a new address for each change output to prevent address reuse. If your wallet doesn't do this, again, you should change wallet.

Trade III and IV occurred in December 2017. And it was a result of deposit of additional funds to the CoinBank.
January and February they charged all my deposit holdings for inactivity.
In year 2017 and 2018 they did not charged my account for inactivity. Now it is zero BTC on my account. They started to make this charge from the beginning of year 2019.
I did not receive any notification regarding future charges.

I strictly recommend to check your funds in CoinsBank.
There is no guaranty that this guys did not put their hands on it without notifications.

Offcourse, Coinsbank cannot be used as a wallet since they may charge all your funds in two month.

COINSBANK is SCAM!

This will directly change the value of trust in the Binance exchange. Whereas previously binance exchange was known as an exchange service that had a very good reputation. now a community like you is the same as I think that now I am worried to save a large amount of bitcoin. I feel that saving Bitcoin in a wallet like Ledger is the safest thing.

Which wallet do you use for storing your ERC-20 token?

I personally like MEW because it's very easy to use. Some people like Trezor or Ledger but personally I have no problems by using MEW 
In MEW you have complete access to your private keys.

Which wallet do you consider for ERC-20 tokens and how safe is it?

What BIP39 mobile wallet (needs to support BTC/ETH/LTC/BCH) would you recommend?

In this case (noob user), ease of use > features. No in-app advertisement or buy/sell option is a plus to avoid confusion/mistake/scam.
