I have been mining for 24hrs with default and my eth address. When does payment happen?

I don't see an option to change clock speed or mem settings in E3.
I was unable to setup using antpool. I added new worker, add the same worker in E3, waited for :15min. nothing got updated in Dashboard except one E3 worker is connected with 0 h/s. Hardware as also showing 0h/s.
I am using eth address and atleast it is showing around 190h/s. Anyone knows whats the payment threshold when using eth address as worker.

APW3+ might be overkill in terms of price and delivery. Anything that is good in price and can be delivered fast...

I have placed two orders with Baikal. First one for 4 Giant X10 machines and after 2-3 days they confirmed the order. On second order they asked me to transfer to a Singapore account. I did that. They said money is not received. My bank has confirmed by running wire trace money was received at the right account. My bank also confirmed there was an inquiry from receiving bank and it was confirmed and inquiry was closed.
The frustrating part is, no email or skype reply from Baikal. Their one-liner said, money is not received.

I asked them should I recall wire?, can I transfer to original account. Can trance description any help? there is no reply over a week. I have been dropping emails every day to baikal@baikalminer.com.
Skype there is one-liner after 2 hours every time. Tell us on skype what instruction you got. There is no Skype reply. You tell them and then the same question after 2 hours.

This is very frustrating esp when you have placed a larger second order. They are not replying at all. If they received the money or not. As a buyer what can I do? There is no reply, days and weeks have passed.
Has anyone encountered with them in similar issue? Do they even have a customer service?

I can see CobinHood coins in Mist wallet if I go to contracts and click on Watch Token.
Is it correct I can't move them into any wallet until Dec. 17th ?

Folks, I am in a fix.
My L3+ miners are in a data center on East coast. I am on West Coast. Place these miners are hosted in can update destination address by me opening a request ticket and response time for a ticket is 24hrs.
I have been using these miners on NiceHash and Prohashing but unable to mine any specific coins.
I would like to use something like AwesomeMiner, but these miners are behind a firewall and VPN access is not possible.
I have tried installing a stratum-proxy on an Amazon ec2 for high availability and easy access

but miners were not hashing via proxy. I opened up all the inbound and outbound traffic in ec2 security settings.
Ideally, I want to have simple interface access to miners to help mine coins without putting request tickets in data center every time. Any ideas pointers I can try? Should Stratum-proxy work in this situation?
