If your tokens are still sitting on exchange wallet than you should take action before they will lift their support for this withdraw. This will create problem for users who are not following the updates.
I mean, as far as I understand, you need to withdraw SHL tokens from kucoin before May 20, otherwise they will be lost?

You should read this article and wait for the announcement from Kuccoin soon you account will get credited with this token. I received my airdrop into my personal wallet but still waiting for Kucoin.
