This is a very good development as people get more involved in crypto what will be a big part in the next years business life. The exchange of knowledge makes it easier for all and in the end also contributes to optimization of future developments in this field.

It probably is advisible to carefully monitor the further development of BTC at the moment - however, I think the next altcoinrally soon will start, the price of BTC likely then will fall significantly before

Re: how control my emotion??

I think this is a very essential and important topic when dealing in crypto world. In relation to the emotional aspect, especially the knowing of the own interpretation of the personal behaviour is a very impoertant first step. Following rules (that you can create for your own, e.g. sell when price xy is reached and don`t wait any longer or vice versa sell when the loss is xy percent) could be a next step / task

Re: long term invest in bitcoin
by

It is indeed very interesting what will happen next (besides other due to latest fork development) - for me its for sure that the price of btc will drop again (for a period).

The decision is when and if buying before will be a worthwile action.

Hello everyone
I have around 2400$ and I have the idea to invest them by buying bitcoin. I plane for a long term investment (few months to year). Best time to buy BTC and best strategy (I heard  about a hard fork will happen soon) ? Other ideas to invest this amount of money for the indicated period of time ?
Thank you

You have to be selective and interpret the signs as far as they can be seen. Have patience and try not to sell when the price is down

Crypto is totally different from offline bussiness, you have to face other people, circumstances and challenges

if you observe things happening, you can see that still a huge amount of instances does not really perceive bitcoins / crypto currencies at prensent. Is it unknowingness, ignorance or more like indirect communication (=like a compliment) already?

Re: Bitcoin is comparable to gold

Another interesting point is that it certainly also will depend on the own values. It`s like politics, some people will like the way to invest, e.g. in btc, others will follow other / more conservative routes in doing so. Becoming more polular will not be a solution for everybody of those to change to btc.

Comparing bitcoin to gold is interesting - gold is supposed to be a safe heaven when investing money as it is tangible and everybody knows / accepts for many centuries already. I think bitcoin is not at this point reffering to worth (however you define it) at present. But if you think about how markets work, once bitcoin becomes more common, masses will explore the possibilities and support the much higher potential of it than gold will ever have.

Being left behind is always a risk. Price seems steady for now and positive news is coming in. It looks like we may be headed upward soon but the market is still jittery so beware.
