i am a prefessional sport bettor

You're prefessionally full of shit is what you are. Your 3rd post:

like this ,go to https://talkimg.com/ , upload the phone you want, and click insert image, i give you a example
https://talkimg.com/images/2024/09/23/gjPvC.jpeg

This was 6 months before XYes came to the forum!  Cheesy

The way you write (outside of the AI posts) is remarkably similar to the serial loan defaulter and disgraced campaign manager, usekevin. And a lot like this account too:

As far as I know athletes or professional players are not allowed to bet on themselves[1].  But as the reference stated, it is somehow in a grey area where some players are able to bet on themselves.  According to the regulation, although players are banned on betting on the sports they are involve with, they can bet on other sports that they don't have any affiliation.

Although it was stated that professional player/fighters are ban from betting on themselves, several boxers and MM artist are able to do so  why?  Because there are few exception on the rule[2][3]
...

You seem to be a prefessional liar above all else.

That is actually hilarious, nice detective work

I totally agree with you.
Some guys think they can outsmart the casino, and when it doesn't work out, they come to the forum crying foul. The truth is, every casino limits this type of betting behavior. If you're caught doing it, don't expect them to give the money back ,if casinos started refunding these kinds of accounts, it would just encourage more of the same behavior, and the cost would be massive for them.  i am a prefessional sport bettor,i will take my own risk, i will cash out before they find out, there are some kind of technique and tool can be used, but i assume they never find out.
I genuinely have no clue what this topic has devolved into lol
Where am i crying? I do not care if I never get refunded this money, I am simply warning others

You may be a 'professional sports bettor' but I am not, please stop posting your schizo comments everywhere

they don't use the same layout, they use the same provider for their sportsbook, and that's betby.
and betby is a soft bookie, so they have a lot of complaints for flaging players for "value betting", but betby isn't the one who took your money, as it's up to the casino to decide how to deal with thier users after they been flaged.

and let's say you did value betting, the right thing xyes should have done imo, is to void those bets and refund your deposit.

Just not understanding the whole idea of this
I am not a long term winner, in my sports betting journey I am down over $50,000 it's just a fun activity for me
Because I won for a week or two I get classed as a value player and now they should have the right to not pay any winnings?

Is no one allowed to win any bets on these sites? I'm so confused
I will now need to search all terms and conditions for the future site I'm going to play at

so they just closed your account and took all the balance you had? did they refund your last deposit, or did they keep that too?
Yeah my account is just closed, I can't login

We regret that your account was flagged by our odds provider as engaging in value betting behavior. In accordance with our Terms of Service, your account has been permanently closed following a thorough review.
can you post any proof of that? like his sports bets history for us to check, since he no longer has access to his account?

Go ahead xyes you can post my bets
Not sure what criteria your odds provider is using, but from the reception your site is getting I don't think you guys will be around long

Xyes.com $2k+ Scam

Xyes.com has scammed me for $2k+
I am unable to find the exact amount as they have locked my account and I can no longer login

I received this email after I sent all my documents when they were requested:
Our casino provider has flagged your betting behavior as a value
betting arbitrageur and upon further investigation of your account and
betting activity with our casino provider, we have determined that you
have violated our terms and conditions.
As a result, your account registered to this email address/phone will
be permanently closed. All funds and pending bonuses have been
forfeited.
We understand that this is not the outcome you wanted, but our
decision on this is final and we will not enter into further
communications on this matter.

I just want to re-affirm I was not doing arbitrage bets. I was betting purely for fun and over my sports betting accounts lifetime I am actually down like $50,000. However lots of sites have been moving out of sweden due to regulation stuff, so I signed up here as a new alternative.

I don't think I will get this money back which is okay I can afford to lose it, although it does suck to lose it like this.
Posting this mainly to warn others who may make an account here.
