You say the phone is refurbished but was it refurbished by a manufacture or seller-refurbished? Is the device in good working order with little to no defects? Is it carrier unlock or locked to a specific network? Is the device blacklisted on a network?

So, I changed my phone but forgot to transfer Google Authe. Now I cant login on binance, they ask ETH address for unlock, and i dont have it because i didnt used it, I have LTC address. HOw can I contact them? I tried with submit form on website but no replay.
