Cointracking zeigt bei VET einen faslchen Preis in BTC an. Laut Aktueller Billanz soll ein VET 0,00012963 BTC wert sein. Laut Binance liegt der Wert aber bei 0,00000309.
Sobald VET auf unseren Quellen gelistet ist, ist der richtige Preis auch in CoinTracking. Würde mich auch über Rückmeldung freuen. Was hast du denn beim FA genau angefragt?
Zu deiner Frage: Die generierten Coins am Tag des Zuflusses in Euro umrechnen und als sonstiges Einkommen angeben. Späterer Verkauf ist dann steuerlich unrelevant.
Generell zu Excel: Eine Excel-Liste als Nachweis erkennt das FA nicht an!
Ich habe die gleichen Fragen an das FA gestellt, die ich auch hier auf BTCTalk gepostet habe (Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=612741.msg21277200#msg21277200).
Ich habe es natürlich für das Finanzamt nur etwas anders Formuliert. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Antwort bekommen, außer das der Fall in Bearbeitung ist.

Immer bei Erhalt. Jeden Coinkurs immer in EUR umrechnen.
Ob POS und DPOS nun unter Kapitalertragssteuer fällt oder nicht wurde hier schon viel diskutiert, ohne wirkliches Ergebnis.
Wenn dann wohl eher nur DPOS, da du ja mit deiner Node bei POS ja direkt am Miterhalt der Blockchain der jeweiligen Coin mitarbeitest.

Also trage ich am besten die PoS generierten Coins in eine Excel Liste mit dem Kurs des jeweiligen Tages?
Was würde den Passieren, wenn ich die generierten Coins später für einen Höheren Kurs verkaufe, als zum Zeitpunkt der Erschaffung? Nochmal Steuern?
Ich habe im übrigen Mal nebenbei das Finanzamt um Aufklärung gebeten. Falls ich eine Antwort erhalte, kann ich diese gerne hier posten.

mir haben sich einige Fragen zur steuerlichen Beurteilung von "Proof of Stake" ergeben.
Der "PoS" Algorithmus hat einen Zins ähnlichen Charakter. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Erträge durch "PoS" der Kapitalertragsteuer zu unterwerfen.
Wann fallen Steuern beim "PoS" an? Beim erschaffen der Coins oder sobald ich mir diese Coins gegen eine andere Kryptowährung umtausche?
Ein weiteres Problem besteht darin, dass ich die PoS Coins nicht direkt in Euro umwandeln kann, da noch der nötige Händler dazu fehlt.
Meine Reihenfolge wäre nun wie folgt:
PoS Coins -> Litecoin/Bitcoin -> Euro
Muss ich also beim Umtausch von den generierten "PoS Coins" in andere Kryptowährungen den theoretischen Gewinn in der Steuererklärung notieren?
Muss ich auf PoS Coins steuern zahlen, wenn ich diese behalte (Reinvestition)?
Oder würde es genügen, wenn ich meinen Gewinn in Euro komplett als Kapitalertragsteuer in die Steuererklärung eintrage?

I would be carefully with YoBit. They list many new coins, put Wallet in "maintenance" Mode after some time and will never be "online" again.
This happened to me with ION. They changed the Wallet status to "maintenance" after about 3 Months and deny any withdrawals! Sadly i lost about $100 there.

This script is flawed in a lot of ways. I purchased this script at the beginning of Nov and it sorta worked. I got it up and running on a Godaddy VPS with no help but eventually it worked.
I've listed a few issues with this software below. I would forewarn people about buying this script. Its missing some big items in it that are just not working and the 365day support i was promised when i bought it hasnt happened. As of now the creator has been MIA for nearly a month both on Skype and this forum.

- Deposits arent working. They dont get logged into the DB so the user never gets credit for the deposit.
- Password Reset is broken. I managed to get this up and running with myself having to reprogram how it works using the Laravel framework how-to's.
- Images arent showing up. When you create a new market and upload the image, its not getting the correct image file info from the DB
- When sell/buy orders are placed the boxes arent updated automatically. You have to refresh the page to show any and all buy/sell orders that you've placed.
- I have not been able to find where i can change the name of the site in the emails that are sent to users.
- Took me nearly a month to get the amCharts stock charts working. The file included in the script does not work. ONLY google charts, which looks horribly ugly.
- When adding a new coin to the site, the password you put in gets encrypted. This is good except for the encrypted password is what gets sent when RPCing into a coin wallet, not the decrypted password. So it never logs into the wallet.
- ZERO... and i mean ZERO documentation on how anything works.
I have the same Problems. I read to late about it and bought the Script from this Guy. I already contacted him already, but there is no response.
CAUTION: DO NOT BUY THIS SCRIPT!
