I barely get a boost at all on one rig and I'm doing a little better on the other.

It got me up and running with my two Antminer S3's in no time with absolutely no experience other than previous scrypt asic / altcoin mining knowledge.
One thing that is driving me nuts is that I seem to have a lot of Stale shares on the chart from GHASH.io

I'd like to know this too.  I just got my first pair of S3's and I thought everything was fine for a while, it wasn't showing any rejected.  But I looked at the chart and there seems to be a lot of STALE shares.

Windows 8.1 64bit [fresh install]
EVGA 1300 G2
6 x Gigabyte r9 270's [all of them]
AMD Catalyst 14.6 RC2 (I have tried 14.6 and 14.7 as well with same result)

Everything seems to work fine for the 5 GPUs while mining Cryptonote.
But when I attempt to run sgminer5 (all versions) a black window opens, and I get a quick glimpse of the

And then it closes.
I've tried older sgminer builds and I am getting far lower than expected (not even breaking 100 kh/s each)
And I've tried with running only a basic configuration to see if it will run and it still doesn't work.

Does anyone have any pointers?

I'm sad that this didn't work out.  I hope to see more coins using the hashpower for useful things like SETI in the future.  Rather than just keeping a network secure.

I like everything I am seeing about this coin so far.
The one thing that kind of erks me is that there is such a large hashrate for nothing for 10k blocks.
That's a really large waste of energy and no dev should make a launch this "fair".  

It's kind of ridiculous.  1-2k blocks would have been fine.

You never know anymore.  I had a dev cut back the number of empty blocks by the hundreds before.

Does this coin payout now?  Or does it begin at 10,000 like originally stated?
