you can check it yourself, simply if the resources on your cellphone are drained or your cpu is used 100% running the program, and there is a hashrate, it means it could not be a scam. I remember the Electroneum project, which is still running.

I saw a reference in https://www.asicminervalue.com/ there are several ASIC tools that are specifically for mining etc and are very profitable. It says it can be used for mining etc and eth, I think etc is a suitable substitute for eth.

That was thought to reduce the effects of the recession, however, the immediate effects of a rate hike were not felt, according to IW. On the other hand, the ECB's intervention may even increase the risk of a recession. "Stagflation is a real risk in Europe," this will continue, if covid and this war passes maybe the recession in Europe will ease.
