I second this? What's the deal with this project... it seems kind of dead? You guys raised a decent amount of BTC, what are you planning on doing with it? Are there plans to give the website and wallets a decent designer makeover? What else is planned? There was a lot of trashtalk during the ICO funding that this was crypto 3.0 - this will be "way better" than Wavesplatform etc. doesn't seem to be so far and you've now been out for a similiar period of time relatively speaking.

$410 per Factoid is a MINIMUM (before speculation), if there are 1 billion entries per day. This is what I'm interested in. Paul Snow said clients asked about "1 bil entries per day" - not sure if there is actually that much data out there to be stored, in which case we will never see 100x gains. But if there is  then there's every chance.

I don't really don't to read about someone gloating cause they made a few $100 dollars out of day trading Factom. Who gives a fuck. I'm not looking to buy and sell Factom for a 10% gain. I've got over $20,000 USD in Factoids and I'm either losing it all or getting a 100x gain.

In order for the price of Factom to go up, we need the entries to ramp up. At the moment entries are about 20 thousand per day.

Once entries are at 1 billion per day, then the price of Factoids will be over $400.

Waves has picked up a lot of momentum & will be a big mover over the next 18 months.

Also Waves don't hype their coin like other projects do, instead opting for organic growth.

Look up Boris Titov, a Russian billionaire appointed by Putin as the Russian business ombudsman. He has met with Sasha and it's his party that have launched the coin!

Factom is like 100 times cheaper than Ethereum in terms of marketcap but actually has made more progress.

Ethereum is literally a piece of shit. It's just pie in the sky ideas with no real world use - 100% vapourware.

Waves on the other hand is attracting real world use and is about 100 times cheaper. If you're smart you will invest in Waves because the Waves price is heading in the same direction as Ethereum.

The time to buy Ethereum was 18 months ago, not now. Now is the time to buy Waves.

Yep completely understand. And this is why I'm invested in Factom in the 1st place as I see potential that other cryptos don't have i.e Factom actually has paying customers and a real world use case.

As for shitcoins that do nothing and have a marketcap, they won't stand the test of time. They have value now because of speculation but in 10 years from now they won't be around.

I really think this "slow exponential" growth of Factom is incredibly slow though. On that basis it could take a few years to reach 1 million entries per day, and ALOT could happen in that time. That's why I'm wondering how much things will pick up after m2. Are there some massive organisations that will only jump on after m2 is released?

Wouldn't it be great if Factom just got 1 billion entries per day in 3 months time? A pipe dream perhaps but I doubt any of us investors would be complaining.

When you crunch the numbers as people have done before, 1 bil entries per day would push the price of factoids up 100x. But looking at the current figures of 4.5 mil entries in total, there isn't enough entries to even justify the current price of a factoid. I expect the entries to increase in the future obviously, but to what extent is realistic? How many entries would dept of homeland security bring in?

Ok my question is this, how will random people who know nothing about crypto be able to invest in an ICONOMI managed fund?

Will they have to know anything about using cryptocurrency? Or will they be able to invest using fiat currency?

(Note I'm not talking about investing in the ICO, I'm talking about the future managed funds on the platform)
