My mistake yesterday, I sent my Bitcoin to Bitcoin cash. I didnt realize until it never posted.
I was withdrawing from Brittrex over to Polonienx.
Ive tried contacting both of them via support help, but no response.
Will they help, does anyone have advice or know how to fix this.
I had over $5000.00 in that account.
Why do they allow that to happen, when its not correct?
Why isnt there an error message saying you cant transfer unless its bitcoin to bitcoin?

make sure you double check and even tripled check the receiving address by looking the 5 character at the beginning and at the end.
You mean for futures transactions?

No I contacted them and it's not.
Also, the wallet was not spent, so I presume it's really not them.

I presume I used this 'wrong' wallet in the past due to transactions history, but I am not able to remember if it's a wallet linked to a site (dice site or online wallet) , or if it's an electrum address or other software wallets (I am not able to remember which one I was using before Electrum, in the past).
Can you help me to have some details about it ?

I'm using 3.3.4 and have a few questions:
I'm only trading USDT pairs in poloniex (i.e. "USDT_ETH"), with trades of $50, so for "BTC_TRADING_LIMIT" I should put 50? for example:
"BTC_TRADING_LIMIT": 50,
Also, if I want different trading limits for each pair, can I add that line to the pairs config above? or how is that done?
I'm trying to get rid of bags, so I'm using the suggested strategy for that. But I haven't got any buys yet and have no errors but in Gunbot callback I'm getting "Waiting for open orders" is that OK?

Yes the logic is correct but I am new also with this bot and to make small tests, I put 1 in the "Max Balance to Trade". Btw, I see the bot did a trade of 0.02869196BTC (sold).
"Max Balance to Trade" > value in primary coin : but it seems primary coin was btc as 1 > 0.02869196BTC that was sold...

Issue is USDT is a coin (Tether) and not real USD. https://www.coingecko.com/en/price_charts/tether/usd Currently value is close to USD but if you look on 60 days chart, you can see you can't rely on USDT to make maths and get the right usd quote.

Nope: https://shapeshift.io/rate/btc_doge does not return usd price. It returns quantity of doges per btc.
On https://info.shapeshift.io/api I can see all methods we can use to work with their api.
Btw, I don't know what is the usd value they use for their market. The values displayed just under the form to make an exchange: https://shapeshift.io/#/coins
Any details about this ? I don't want to use other providers like poloniex or btc-e because their values are not the same than shapeshift.

because you will have access to the coins sent to your exchange deposit address. so for example, you deposited 1btc to your poloniex account, 1btc will be credited to you and the 1btc on your deposit address can be accessed by you and use it to send to another address. basically it is stealing
Yes and no. They can perform checks before investing money in exchanges or loans I think. So if the money was spent, they can disable the transfer.
