thanks for all the suggestions guys. after hours of reading, i've decided to split my money into the following:

STRATIS
CHAINLINK
WAVES
CONFIDO
REQ

I really wish I had gotten into Crypto last month so I could've been part of the Confido ICO (1 ETH for 7200 tokens is insane!). That is an crazy amount of profit in like 2 weeks. oh well, hopefully something like it will come along again.

thanks for the suggestion. I might consider putting some money in these for the short-term profit. do you expect the price to go up quite a bit?

May I know what your target is?

My opinion is to gain as much % as possible from my investment no matter the price of each coin.

For example : If I invest 1000$ each in BTC and VTC, if BTC increases 10% and VTC increases 9%. BTC gives me more profit than VTC.

Hi, I don't have a target. I simply want to invest my money into a good product (driven by good tech and not hype) and hopefully a few years down the road the coins will be valued as much as litecoin or NEO today. I think this strategy will bring a higher return in the long run due to the higher number of coins I would get as compared to buying 10-20 of the more expensive ones.

$1k investment. which cheap $0-$10 Alts should I invest in for long-term?

Hi guys, I just recently got interested in crypto currency and I'm hoping to get some opinions on which Altcoins between $0-10 that I should invest in. I see a lot of news related to NEO recently and I really want to invest in it, but with the price being so high right now ($43), I would get only 23-24 coins so I want to invest my money in something that is cheaper and higher quantity that could potentially become 40-50 bucks in the next 5 years. Here's what I'm considering right now:
