$80 sounds great, and that's even less than 2B marketcap, so probably achievable. Bought not 200k coins, that would be crazy, so started with small tests of 0.1 BTC 2 times and both times right after I bough price went down almost instantly...

Seems like someone has too many skeincoins. Tried to buy out a lot of it to bump the price but it always results in even lower price than before I've touch it on the next day...hope it will grow at some day though, but not with my help anymore

Maybe you have old nodes in the configs somewhere? Try to backup wallet, remove entire .skeincoin folder, start stkein and after it sync replace wallet.dat with old file. But make sure that you backup everything, better 2 times even in different locations (like on separate flash drive)

Crappy is still batter than nothing, any references that can save time is good

Looks really good. As for blockchain explorer, based on this thread's history sheepman should have some working version of it. Meanwhile I'm trying to make a new one.

But they were first to implement alternative to zero-proof knowledge so made it possible to have more anonymous transactions than on bitcoin.

One simple question though, why Skein? Why not start something decent (not only new algo, but some extra useful functionality) from scratch?

Thanks. I had coin's sources, but it doesn't contain blockchain explorer, just wallet.

So the market cap at the moment is about $200k, there is a room for improvement. Should be fairly easy to go up to $20M without much of a hassle. Should've bough more when it was cheaper

Will have a look at possibility to create blockchain explorer, if there will be any activity with this coin. Also considering to buy almost 1 BTC worth of Skeins, as it will effectively increase its price by 500% due to quite limited supply on cryptopia.
