Why would someone want to pay you for an account that has a balance due. It is Orange meaning that is what is owed on the account. If it was green that would be a positive balance. Maybe you didn't know so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I think the more disturbing part is that you don't know this, which shows that it is likely not your account to sell.

That is exactly right. Just be sure to skim thru the market place often and post links to these scam threads on his new clean threads. It won't be long until he realizes the gig is up. I don't think there is an option is everyone wants fast approvals then a 3rd party is prob the only way to achieve that.

Maybe consider using localbitcoin and accept Western Union, moneygram or moneypak instead of a face to face transaction. That way you could have LBC hold the BTC in escrow and then once you have the cash in hand you can release the coin to the buyer
