I think with the price raise there is a gap that's beginning to emerge.  A rich vs poor type gap.  I think its harder for the poor to acquire BTC.

I could not agree more.  You are spot on with your assessment.  An opportunity to earn is always worth more than a temporary leg up.  It's the old teach a man to fish adage.

I think solid education of the public is the best way for mass adoption.
