CyberVein develop our own database virtual machine, evm is running program code that written on the ledger.Our virtual machine is used to run the existing database operations on the ledger, that is, the virtual machine can be used as a local running database.

Cybervein add two types of new smart contracts, the contract units, into normal DAG. The contract unit contains signature, transaction, parent hash, lineal parent and timestamp. The lineal parent  refers to the last transaction of the smart contract, which guarantees  all users who use the contract are always in the same state (even if it has short-term furcation and ensure the bifurcation finally), it could guarantee the atomicity and consistency of contract.

Currently, what we  call Proof of work (pow) or proof of stake (pos) is more often used as a mechanism for deciding which miner to become the owner of a new block. We propose POC to convey the idea that the contribution to the network should be factored into the consideration of returns in the blockchain. POC can be implemented as another mining mechanism in traditional blockchain and can be in other place.

Two of the most important reasons for choosing DAG architecture: to consider the amount of network concurrency and the weak synchronization owned by DAG.
CyberVein's core logic is to achieve the definition of data value, then there is bound to involve a lot of data flow.
DAG's high concurrency and weak synchronization can solve the trade congestion caused by the data flow, and we will make further improvements on DAG to make this architecture more in line with our needs.

We think more usage of CyberVein is between enterprises or institutions in the future, such as research institutions, or government agencies, and even among the data alliance.
