Because auto-payout was not working, I requested a manual payout which is now pending for more than a day

Hi,

Is there any chance to have an alternative by mining on another pool ? I am really happy with your service, latency is excellent but Dwarfpool has regularly payout issues. Maybe ethermine ?

Can you please check what happens with dwarfpool ? I can see the current unpaid balance in the "Pools" section but my rigs are always seen as offline.

Hi,

Earnings are decreasing because the pool is not stable:

Socket was closed remotely (by pool)
ETH: Connection lost, retry in 10 sec..

Having a server only is ASIA is an issue at all. That makes no sense to mine with 350/500 ms of latency. I give up and will maybe try again once you really have EU servers

Nobody else has the same problem?

This is an issue with the driver, preventing the correct voltage to be applied after a GPU crash. You can also just restart the miner and you should get your hashrate back. This is not linked to Claymore, you should have the same behaviour with any miner
