This happens when you don't leave enough in your account to cover the transfer fee.
For example if you have 1300 UCASH
Transfer 1000 and leave 300 in your account to cover transfer fees. If you try to transfer without leaving 300 behind to cover fees you will get an error message.
Also make sure you are in the right section. You have to log in to the main site and click menu. From the menu select send ucash.
I did a transfer off 299 to BTC Alpha trade. Just to check if it really was 300 transfer fee.
It's not it's 5 for transferfee.
That said I did the withdrawal almost 2 hours ago. Still have not received it in my Alpha Ucash wallet.
So just checked my balance at BTC Alpha and my 299 coins arrived.

Not sure what's going on with that. On Coinmarketcap you can type "Royalties" in the search bar and hit enter and it comes up.. but it does not show up in the dropdown as you type..
I think we've been scammed...
No updates what so ever, no listing on a new market, no wallet fixing etc.

It's time and trend of the lending and technological ICO. I agree with the statements above that this is a pyramid of ponzi but it works and it can not rejoice.
I can't get my comfirmation mail to activate my account. Anyone else having this problem?

I had no problem to withdraw once without entering anything to the PaymentID field.
Just leave it empty.

My wallet is synchronized and I did what you said I and I still get ''Invalid XRY address'' error (from cryptopia website).
