Not sure about data collection, but I'm sure about the KYC.

The exchanges that showed being intent on listing Noso are the smallest of all. No volume, no other pairs listed besides Noso and a bunch of utility tokens. And what is wrong with the name? Noso? Sounds like a drunk pregnancy paired with the usage of methanol led the individual spawned as a result of that pregnancy to play scrabble which effected the word later adopted as coins name.

If it can happen, then there's nothing to say when it comes to luck.

If you can't find anything to demonstrate them faking provable fairness, then honestly the only thing left to do would be to apply Occam's Razor to the situation and accept that indeed, you were a victim of horrible luck.

Please do not fall for this type of thinking.

You can get a jackpot, and you can get a loss streak. These events can happen with any frequency, even if they are statistically unlikely. Mathematically, the odds of getting 13 losses in a row with a 1.25x payout with a 0.5% edge is (0.204)¹³, or 1 in 943,643,219.

Is this highly improbable? Certainly! But how can you say that it's impossible for this to happen twice? That would be arguing in bad faith.

All you need, by the way, is ONE example of when they fleeced you on the result to disprove their provable fairness - pick any bet from your loss streak and try to make sure that the server seed and client seed match the surrounding bets (i.e. they are the original pair you had) and the correct results.

I know we've been through this, but it's been a while so....
They're provably fair, meaning if they're cheating you, all you need to do is post the player seed/hashed server seed/server seed/nonce.  If something funny is going on they will get caught.  Until then most will assume that you're mad bc you lost.

Idea of using this type of stolen images is nothing new in crypto world and if i am not wrong then most investors are enough aware about fake team and plagiarism. Anyway, thanks for spending your time after this fake project and I have already posted your thread link on their announcement.
