I want an explanation for this. Where is the other hash? I want you to show me the pool. This I think is manipulated gentlemen.

Could be the hashrate of all thier pools?  I have seen that on other mining sites where they have 2-3 coins and it shows the same hashrate on each

no, it's the hash of the Network, it's changing a lot, I'd like to see where the other hash is

Where are the other coins? the official page does not indicate anything of this, that makes it distrustful.

Regarding payouts which blockchain.info block explorer didn't found at first: blockchain.info has an issue that they don't like transactions with more than 200 outputs (and we send payout to ~1000 users in one transaction). They ignore such transactions before they are confirmed. The result is that shortly after being sent, these transactions cannot be found on the blockchain.info webpage (they can be found on any other decent block explorer though). Blockchain.info will show them after the first confirmation. There's nothing to worry. You simply need to wait until the transaction is confirmed or use a different block explorer.

I just changed our website to use links to a different block explorer instead of blockchain.info.

Hello, the minimum payment as is? and that day they paid?
