Yesterday I had a PW reset attempt on my account.  Sent a PM to merc but no response...

Not a happy customer right now.

 

My order is still "pending" status... Ordered March 10, order 760, when the first post indicated 120 out of 200 units ordered.

It took 5 business days for my order (from another company) shipped USPS Priority International from NY to arrive at my local post office.

This means my order here, shipped USPS international flat rate, will be sitting doing nothing for one month since it will most likely take longer than 5 business days.  I fly out on Apr 15th and return May 14th (I already delayed it by two weeks since I was expecting all of my orders to arrive by now).

What are my options for a refund?  I paid with BTC, but with the exchange rate being what it is, I wouldn't want BTC in return unless it was equivalent USD value.

There goes the rest.  Maybe he's cashing out and shutting down?  First time I've ever seen unexchanged this low.

Unexchanged just halved and went to payout.

How do we know if we were in the first 300?  I am going on a business trip soon and I'm worried that I won't receive the units on time.

Had a ticket open with GAW, not sure what the credentials are for the stock Pi image provided... I can SSH in but not login, and it doesn't seem to be running any web server.

I ended up using a modified Hashra image for now on another SD card.

Pleasantly surprised - my order came with RaspPis intead of the Wiibox!

Any updates on this? TBH based on the previous updates I was expecting to have already received the units and be hashing by now... I thought the units would have been received by last week.  Now it looks like an order I placed with a different company on the 22nd will be here sooner and for less $.

Hoping he has already received them and is busy packing them all up.

Wondering how long before the immature and unexchanged finally get paid out to zero.  I stopped mining here a while ago.

Smells like a cash grab. No terms about refunds on the product page, and why bother targeting half of the year? Just tell it like it is, shipping end of Q4 if you're lucky.

FWIW I requested a refund Feb 26, included all details (my bank provided me a printout of all the information required) including SWIFT and ABA codes.  I received my refund on March 5th.

Is there any way we can more easily select toggle 'auto sell'?

Question, does the Wiibox controller come with a USB hub or do we have to source that separately (when ordering in multiples of 10)?
