BTC bounced hard from the $42,000 key level. The important level to flip is $48,000 area. BTC needs to reclaim the $48,000 and then the $51,100 area to again turn bullish. There is a potential double bottom on lower time frame. The dump is artificial and market now recovering. This is a good sign. BTC also tested the 200 EMA which is bullish sign. In bull market 30-40% dips are normal and considered as buying signal.

All right now we have one more hot baked swap in the market called #PANCAKESWAP, Another food-themed #DeFi protocol? #PancakeSwap is a #Binance Smart Chain-based #DEX launched by anonymous devs with a penchant for breakfast foods and rabbits.

It looks a bit like Ethereum’s #SushiSwap but also incorporates some kind of staking mechanism.

#PancakeSwap is a #decentralized_exchange for swapping BEP20 tokens. It uses an automated market maker (AMM) model. That means that while you can trade digital assets on the platform, there isn’t an order book where you’re matched with someone else. Instead, you trade against a #liquidity pool.

1.  Storage of private Keys

Always, always, ALWAYS make a note of your private key. This is the key to your money, it is yours and no one can get access to it, like a combination to your own personal safe. 3.  Store your crypto in a cold storage wallet.

Some people choose to keep their money on an exchange, which is fine if you are constantly trading. If not, there is no sense in keeping it on there. Would you leave your wallet on the table at a restaurant when you go to the toilet? No. So take your money back into your control and store it in a paper wallet, or ledger until you are ready to use it again. Many exchanges have been hacked, and all the crypto from peoples wallets stolen, don’t let this be you.

4.   Do your own research!

This one is extremely important. Whilst it is good to listen to top crypto influencers and enthusiasts to gain knowledge on what is happening in the market and what investments are out there, DO NOT TAKE THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS AS VERBATUM. They, like you, are speculators and have no idea what the performance of the advertised cryptocurrency will be. Take their suggestions, look into the cryptocurrency, do some research on the fundamentals, then make your decision.

5. Know when to take your profits.

Set yourself a point at which you are happy to take the profits of your spoils. Don’t, like so many others out there, expect your investment to 100x overnight. Set your own standards as to when you will sell, because crypto is a volatile game and large swings can happen almost instantaneously. Better to get out at 50% of profit rather than wait for 100% and instead see your investment plummet before you took out your money. One of the best ways to do this is by selling 50% when any coin doubles. This way you will have your principal amount safe.
 

Bitcoin Dominance Update

Bitcoin Dominance is bouncing from the long horizontal support line and also tests the psychological support of 50%. There are two possible scenarios now.

The first one is that Dominance bounced from here and test the 58% resistance area and if breaks above it we see a retest of 64% resistance area. In that case, alts will bleed in the BTC pair.

The second case is that Dominance breaks and closes below the 50% area. That will trigger the targets of 45% area and after that 40% area. This is bullish for alts and we see a good altseason in BTC pair. However, there is a low probability that Dominance goes to the 40% level sooner.

Alts market is going parabolic since January 2021 and we see huge gains in the alts market already. Check any altcoin chart and you see a parabolic move without any correction.
