Huh? It takes all of one second to "convert to cash" They already did it. Probably cost 4 cents.

Mystery user "Hood" sends the most expensive tweet in history, valued at $11,000 or 14 million Dogecoin.

He used it to top off and finish the "Doge4Water" charity which has now collected around $30,000 dollars to be used for bringing fresh water to people in need.

Bump up your intensity. 13 is too low, you should be able to do 19.
