Fraud projects have nothing to do with this market. Just projects need to be carefully selected so as not to stumble on fraud.
Can "projects" be equivalent to "startups"?

Because of fraud projects and a lot of scams cryptocurrency has a negative reputation. It is bad for the cryptocurrency development and the price of cryptocurrency.

I do not think that the crypto industry is dying, but it is only beginning to become popular among people. For many, this is an alternative to state currency, for some, a source of income. This is a huge industry that is not so easy to stop.
There are negative news about Libra and TON. Such negative news affect to the cryptocurrency market and the price of cryptocurrency.

Very often project suggest big discounts during IEO only when there are no other advantages besides this discounts.
Discounts attract investors to the project but after start of the listing investors whose bought tokens with discounts strart to sell the tokens for a low price and this provocate the future drop the price.
Usually first investors have the biggest risks. Discounts for first investors compensate these big risks.

I think that there are a lot of scams because cryptocurrency is anonymity. It is possible to conduct scam ICO collect money and do not have any punishment at all. Such unpunishment provocates people to create new scams.
Because of impunity of fraudsters people lose their trust to cryptocurrency. Everybody can steal your money and do not have any punishment.
Хороший проект и цена токенов растет не смотря на падающий рынок. Не удивительно, что баунти EDC пользуется таким спросом.
Не только у баути хантеров этот проект пользуется спросом. У участников лизинговой программы EDC Blockchain также очень популярен. Участвую в лизинге. Проект очень нравится.

Сейчас не так много хороших и интересных проектов, которые предлагают столь существенный пассивный доход. Я принимаю участие в лизинговой программе и очень рада этому. Рынок падает, а цена токенов EDC продолжает расти.

It's right. Some projects may have temporary success in a dying market. But if the entire crypto industry does not develop, the most successful projects will end faster than we would like. This is what has been bothering me lately.
That is why investors pays much attention to the projects that actively develop. Trading volumes of EDC constantly increase.
Думаю, что-то новое не помешает. В крипте есть много нововведений значительных или не очень. При чём всё это почти нигде не используется, но хайп создавало и народ привлекало.
Одна из самых популярных идей 2017 года - объединить крипту и фиат, чтобы можно было платить криптой с банковской карты и банковского счета, так и осталась не реализованной, так как большинство крипто стартапов так и не смогли получить банковкую лиценцию, необходимую для работы с фиатом. Здесь же тоже идея - объединить крипто активы с классическими активами. Но в отличие от финансовых стартапов - здесь уже есть лицензии. И может быть, основываясь на регулировании в итоге получится объединить крипту и фиат, классические активы с крипто активами.

Now cryptocurrency and tokens are not so popular like they were in 2019. Many people do no trust the tokens.
I think that people did not trust tokens always. These are assets of centralized projects, in most cases scam ones.
They are not scams, many of them are developing and doing something, but the price of tokens falls and their investors lose money. They are unsuccessful projects but not scams.

Опять же бонусы со страрта - это стандартная практика для многих бирж. Ничего необычного и уникального в этом нет.
Сама активно пользуюсь EDC, так как участвую в лизинговой программе. Действительно блокчейн работает очень быстро. Все платежи осуществляются практически мгновенно. Комиссии низкие.

It is hard to say about reliability in cryptocurrency. Even the price of Bitcoin falls but Bitcoin is the most relible cryptocurrency with the biggest capitalization.
As for other cryptocurrencies, you can discuss reliability. But BTC is the most reliable coin, no doubt. Despite the price drop from time to time. The bitcoin network is so large and decentralized. А в англоязычной среде о Лайвкоин отзываются совсем нелестно.
А о какой бирже, рассчитанной на русскоязычных трейдеров в англоязычной среде отзываются хорошо?
Причина таких отзывов - бардак на биржах. Бардак вызван отсутствием обязатльных верификаций, работе с анонимными платежками.
Вот и поражаюсь почему полностью лицензируемая и регулируемая биржа iExchange решила начинать именно с Livecoin.
Важна даже не биржа для проведения IEO, а биржа для последующего листинга токенов. Хотя iExchange планирует проводить IEO и на других биржах. Может они хотят охватить максимальную целевую аудиторию как с IEO, так и с последующим листингом токенов.

But people want listing. Because now they do not know what to do with their tokens. That is why now IEO is much popular than ICO because IEO guarantee listing after the end of the token sale.
The conduction of IEO does not guarantee anything. Because if trading volumes of the tokens will be low the exchange can delist the tokens.
А что здесь с KYC процедурами? Как я понимаю прохождение КУС здесь обязательно, так как биржа регулируемая.
Как я понимаю, если KYC обязателен для всех на бирже, то и для баунти хантеров, если будет баунти тоже KYC будет обязательным. Они же тоже будут держателями токенов.
А вас здесь что смущает? Сейчас все проекты, которые проводят IEO заставляют своих инвесторов проходить KYC процедуры, многие биржи обязуют трейдеров KYC проходить. А чем же тогда баунти хантеры отличаются от остальных. Все тоже самое.

There are a lot of fraud connected with cryptocurrency and a lot of people lost their money in frauds or their money was stolen.
And a lot of people stop to invest money in IEO. Now even good projects cannot collect money for development, because people prefer to hold Bitcoin than to buy tokens of new IEO.
It is very difficult on the stage of IEO or ICO to predict the future success of the project. That is why people prefer to have Bitcoin.
