Actually There can still be seen ads about blockchain project. But without these terms like 'crypto', 'ico' and etc.

As far as I know, there already places that accept crypto as means of payment for services and products.
As for mass adoption of it, currently it's a bit inconvenient for instant purchases, as fiat or bank cards can be easier still.
But i'm sure that's gonna change in some years

'Whales' usually refers to people who own much crypto (for instance, purchased bitcoins when they were much much cheaper) and now invest big sums in different projects that conduct ico.

A good idea is always good, but there should also be a demand for your project from the community and a real solution that stands behind it. With some many companies going into icos, you should be sure that it's necessary for you.
If yes, then, of course, hire the team - they should be real professionals and better in-house

Не думаю, что это сработает. Все-таки нужно отстроить все бизнес-процессы и вряд ли с баунтистами такое получится. Своя команда в данном случае (ну или хотя бы наемная команда подрядчиков) справится лучше

Да, кричать о богатстве точно не стоит - хорошим не закончится.
но если нужно обменять/продать и др - для этого есть большое количество бирж и обменников. или пускай лежат, растут в цене

I mean no scam projects can be sued if they cheat or do something wrong. Also now  the contributors are much more sophisticated in their choice - the weak projects won't get money easily
