Why you think it's a scam? The ETH is still there: https://etherscan.io/address/0xE5a04D98538231b0fAb9ABa60cd73cE4fF3039DF . Besides if they planed an exit scan they would have moved the coins long ago. Also it is increasingly difficult to steal stuff on major blockchains.

It was an exciting ICO with lot of amazing ideas. The more impressive ones: gamification of the token distribution, literally edge-less gambling considering the tokens distributed for lost bet and jackpots. I am sure they had more in store (the million dollar token for instance) which never got to fruition.
Now they can also do an exit in style - just airdrop the bankroll to the token holders. That would make all holders happy and let the creators walk away with a cool $1/2 million in ETH.
