They are genuinely doing something with their tech that can actually have a massive impact on the industry. All that and they only have a Mcap of $9M.

Sounds interesting and i have heard of them elsewhere. However what i have seen with projects that lack initial significant funding is they might struggle with funding constraints till a project with good initial funding takes on their idea and boom, is in top 100 killing the original project. I have seen with projects like XYO (killed by LINK) etc..
