I'm still thinking this whole system through fully before I start wiping out my sMerits. I'm hoping to devote 30% to Brand New/Newbies, 30% to Member/Jr, 30% to Sr. Members and 10% to Hero (I know others will likely get the Hero's). I feel like this may not be easy to accomplish though... Undecided
