The guy blocked me I wish I made a screenshot I was waiting for him to prove that the site is legit.

So beware there are so many scammers lurking there and this is one of their methods.

It wouldn't be weird if I say I have been through this already. The scammer told me the same thing i.e. to deposit the amount and gamble on his site and he would make me the winner.
What I said him was why doesn't he himself create another account and make himself as the winner. To this he later replied that his IP is already known to his colleagues and so he can't do this.
I told him to use a VPN to which he was thrilled and then I told him that I know he is a scammer to which he blocked me. Funny isn't it ? Grin
