You are totally saying totally like a newbie , Because here you should see toward the market of the bitcoin cash , And also you should consider another factors that why the people moves toward the another coin than to have basic coin like bitcoin ( for small times) .
Here we know that segwit2x has been cancelled but still here we can see that the problem of unconfirmation we are facing in the bitcoin network , so here people are moving toward the better altcoins and as everyone knows that the better official legimate coin is bitcoin cash , so its price is increasing Because of the demand and need .
And also you can understand well that the price of the altcoins usually get up when the price of the bitcoin get down.

There is actually, a lot difference between buying some coin, because you want price to increase, and to buy something for usage. (Bcash has almost 0 transactions, dude. It's entire speculative growth. I don't care about demand, if it's a speculative demand.
