Yeah,I already have account in bustadice since I am the part of bustadice signature campaign,but I always play it myself I never know where is that live chat option. That is the reason I asked him how to do that.

Maybe he didn't recognized the chat box because it was located in the lower part of the site. Mate if you are familiar with facebook messenger, they were just the same icon the only difference is their color.
