Voting has been extended until December 15. Since this is a non-profit event, people are not very active, so it will take a little longer than I thought.

Community Awards 2020 is a great opportunity for us to express our appreciation to those special people who are doing their best for their community, for all the good deeds, and for the impact they have on bitcointalk. If you know a user who deserves an award in one of the categories, feel free to nominate them.

What awards are awaiting the winners? Public recognition is the most prestigious award. Please note that "Bitcointalk Awards 2020" are not an official event and will be held under the auspices of the community. If the administration of the forum wants to express gratitude to those who have made an exceptional contribution to the development of the crypto community, we will learn about it together.

Summary:	From the moment of publication of the thread until December 15, a public vote will be open, in which any active member can take part. Any user has the right to campaign for or against other candidates in a separate thread specially created for this. Who will be among the top three winners in each respective category depends only on your activity.

Candidates with the least number of votes will be eliminated. When the timer reaches zero, we will close the reception of votes by blocking this topic and summarize the results. To ensure fair voting, the entire counting process will be recorded in a Google Sheets. After all the votes have been counted, the candidates who received the largest number of votes and those who took the I, II, III places respectively become the winner.

Participants compete with two more competitors, “Don’t know” (if you do not know the user who can claim the title) and “Nobody is worthy” (if, in your opinion, no one is worthy to be a representative of the “Bitcointalk Awards” nominations).
