What does it mean? Anybody who understands the bitcoin protocol that can shed some light into what is special with this transaction?
Only thing I have been able to find out is that the OP_RETURN parameter means "CC??Nibble Neblio Team 1st PoC ??" when you decode it from Hex. Huh
