If you offer an alternative - that is, offer normal payments but offer discounted alt payments that would be the way to go. Or if you don't want to harm the price, throw in free courses or packages for payments for altcoins.

Thank you, again - to add, one of the best thing people already like: way to sell your ideas or nethodology to those, who want to create educational services from them. That is a new niche in the market.
