Yes you can if you use Coinbase wallet not "Coinbase" nor "Coinbase pro". Because Coinbase nor Coinbase pro is custodial wallet (exchanges)

Use BIP39 [1] fill your seed and enter the derivation path, you'll get your private key. For more information read this Can't access my money because of the derivation path

Thanks for the help but i was using Coinbase, not coinbase pro or coinbase commerce...so this bip39 etc is not good for me? Apparently all my usdt is lost?

I did not encounter technical support on Coinbase, but in a similar situation on another exchange 2 years ago, I was returned tokens, technically this is possible, but only through technical support.
