Please join us in welcoming Rosalyn Charlton to the Hero team in the role of Chief Technology Officer and Product Champion! The team is coming together

Rosalyn is a world-class technologist and experienced executive with a proven track record of leading results-driven technology teams and taking large-scale projects to success in both start-ups and SMEs alike. She draws on a wealth of experience in technical strategy and transformation. Her specialist skills include building high-performance teams and implementing project structures based on advanced Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.

Throughout her 18 years in the software engineering industry Rosalyn has been recognized for applying well formulated strategies to enable teams to perform at their best, while ensuring business objectives are understood and met. She is an innovative and resourceful professional with a strong inclination for strategic problem solving. She applies a concrete knowledge of Software Engineering strategies, Agile methodologies and an innate ability to create enjoyable and effective team environments.

She most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Agile Transformation for the world first precious metals exchange, Allocated Bullion Exchange (ABX), and the subsequent blockchain start-up Kinesis Money; a bullion backed digital currency.

Allocated Bullion Exchange was established in 2011 to develop the only online global precious metals exchange, offering a world first in single-platform trading across a number of hubs globally. The systems were extended to Software as a Service architectures providing a white-labelled online trading platform called Metaldesk. Rosalyn spearheaded the development of these bespoke systems and the creation of specialist development teams to do so. Kinesis Money is a subsequent start-up which brings a new bullion-backed cryptocurrency to the financial market, with a global vision to introduce a new monetary system utilizing blockchain technology and an already-established global vaulting network through ABX. www.kinesis.money

Rosalyn will formally be joining the Hero team in September and we expect to embark on hiring the specialist technology team shortly thereafter.
