Make sure you choose BIP39 on Electrum to proceed which you can see if you click on 'option' on desktop or 'electrum' on mobile where you inputted the seed phrase. Try all the derivational path that you see on after the other. They are just three of them which are legacy, p2sh-segwit and segwit.

If you try the three and no coin seen, probably you have the wrong seed phrase. I think Eidoo does not support passphrase.
