It might be because your account was blocked. Why are you still using a scam exchange like HitBTC?
Try contacting their support but your chances of recovering your Bitcoins are slim. HitBTC are scammers right from the word go.

Yes, the account was limited as I haven't used the platform for a very long time.
But I have to say, I had a really good experience right now. I got a reply to my support ticket in less than an hour, after which I uploaded my KYC documents and now less than 24h later my account is verified, SO ALL GOOD! Grin

(though the coin is not at that price level anymore Wink
