Right, those who say Bitcoin is only for the rich are very stupid and don't know anything about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, so anyone can purchase any amount of Bitcoin from anywhere according to their ability. There is no barrier to this: if rich people have more money, they will buy more Bitcoin, and if poor people have less money, they will buy fewer Bitcoins. Since Bitcoin is not controlled by any third party, anyone from anywhere in the world can purchase Bitcoin as they wish. Therefore, Bitcoin is universal.

I think it is not the decentralized part is the main one that makes BTC affordable for all because if we think about it, there are also centralized coins that works just like BTC. I mean you can also buy in small parts on them. And yeah, BTC is decentralized but I don't think people now will let you buy amounts like a dollar or lower than it. We also need to consider the transaction fees which can cost more than it. Rich by default has more money than the poor but sometimes they don't spend too much and then, it was the poor sometimes that tries their best to purchase more. BTC is decentralized once again but unfortunately, there are still places that it is not yet legal.
