Absolutely right you are. 50$ is not possible for ethereum because most of the coin are ethereum based. Day by day price will be increasing. For the ethereum, $50 is a low amount that if it happens, everybody will afraid about the future of crypto currency.

Lol. Coins can go to extreme lows at times and eth is not an exception. Though i agree with you that eth has a big community and it's quite unlikely they'll allow it to drop that low, you can't use the word impossible in crypto.

ethereum will not be less than 100 $,
this is the beginning for ethereum to return to ATH, 1500-2000 $ can be achieved this year
